Ray of Soleil cardigan was inspired by my . I love it so much I had to have it in a cardigan! This cardigan Features a beautiful eyelet yoke followed by 2 wedges, and a textured ribbing for the double collar, cuffs and hem. And finally to make this my dream cardigan, I topped it off with adorable buttons and pockets in contrasting colors!! I hope this cardigan will bring you as much “soleil” as it brings me! - Andrea
In addition to the knitting pattern, you will need the following material to knit this beautiful pull:
YARN
/ 260yds / 90% Merino Superwash and 10% Silk./ 435yds / 85% superwash merino wool and 15% nylon.
- MC – 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins
- CC1 – in Limited Edition #30 (HELD DOUBLE) 1 skein.
- CC2 – 1 skein.
NEEDLES
- Main Fabric: 4.5mm (US#7)– of at least 32” (80cm) and preferred needles for small circumference knitting (or size needed to obtain gauge).
- Ribbing: 4mm (US#6)– of at least 32” (80cm) and preferred needles for small circumference knitting.
NOTIONS
- or scrap yarn
GAUGE | 21sts and 27 rows = 10 cm (4”) with 4.5mm in Stockinette stitch.
